Our research is rigorous, aiming at offering evidence-based insights into management and business, published in leading international journals. Our research is also relevant and impactful; new knowledge is often co-created with business and public bodies. And our research is innovative and original – our faculty is engaged in the ‘deconstruction’ of traditional paradigmatic theories. We aim at opening and renewing paradigms on the basis of a transdisciplinary approach to management research.
